本文针对纯水循环闪蒸的不平衡特性开展了实验研究.实验条件为:闪蒸腔进口过热度为0~30 K,闪蒸腔压力为0.0124、0.0199、0.0311 MPa,主循环流量0.11、0.17、0.22 L/s,初始液膜高度140、180 mm.实验结果表明:初始液膜高度、进口过热度不变,不平衡分数随闪蒸腔压力和主循环流量的增加而降低;闪蒸腔压力、主循环流量不变,进口过热度一定时,不平衡分数随液膜高度的增加而升高.通过对实验结果的分析,给出了不平衡分数与各影响参数之间的实验关联式.
In this paper, an experimental study was carried out on the imbalanced characteristics of pure water flashover.The experimental conditions were as follows: the inlet superheat of flash chamber was 0 ~ 30 K, the pressure of flash chamber was 0.0124,0.0199,0.0311 MPa, the main circulation flow rate was 0.11,0.17 , 0.22 L / s, the initial liquid film height is 140,180 mm.The experimental results show that the initial liquid film height and the degree of superheat of the inlet remain the same, and the unbalance fraction decreases with the increase of the flash chamber pressure and the main circulation flow rate. Pressure and the main circulation flow are constant, the unbalance fraction increases with the increase of the liquid film height when the superheat of the inlet is constant.By analyzing the experimental results, the experimental correlation between the unbalance fraction and each influence parameter is given .
