目的:对栗山天牛幼虫进行化学成分研究,为其药用与开发奠定基础。方法:采用气-质联用仪、紫外可见分光光度仪、高效液相色谱仪等现代检测分析技术分别对天牛幼虫干燥品中的脂肪酸、蛋白质、胆固醇、总磷脂以及腺嘌呤等化学成分进行检测。结果:栗山天牛幼虫中的化学成分比较复杂,含有棕榈酸、油酸等脂肪酸成分,并含有34.84%的蛋白质,1.16%的胆固醇,8.75%的总磷脂以及0.47%的腺嘌呤。结论:经过分析比较,其所含的各种成分能将其开发成药品或动物的蛋白饲料,有重要的实用价值和经济价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the larvae of the chestnut Tianli and lay a foundation for its medicinal use and development. Methods: The chemical constituents of fatty acids, protein, cholesterol, total phospholipid and adenine in dried larvae of Cerambycidae were respectively analyzed by modern detection and analysis techniques such as gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, UV-vis spectrophotometer and high performance liquid chromatography Detection. Results: The chemical constituents of the larvae of C. occidentalis were complex and contained fatty acid components such as palmitic acid and oleic acid. They also contained 34.84% protein, 1.16% cholesterol, 8.75% total phospholipids and 0.47% adenine. Conclusion: After analysis and comparison, the various ingredients contained in it can develop into protein or animal medicine feed, which has important practical value and economic value.
