本文在动物实验基础上,采用硼砂片直接用于地氟病患者,观察硼抗氟损伤的临床效果。研究结果表明,硼可降低氟引起的尿 r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-CT)活性升高,拮抗氟的肾损伤;同时,硼还可降低氟引起的尿总羟脯氨酸(HOP)含量升高,减轻氟对胶原代谢的影响。这主要是硼在体内与氟形成稳定的氟硼酸根(BF_4~-)络合物随尿排出,从而减轻了体内的氟(F~-)负荷。
In this paper, based on animal experiments, the use of borax tablets directly for patients with fluorosis, observe the clinical effect of fluorine anti-fluoride injury. The results show that boron can reduce fluoride-induced urinary glutamyl transpeptidase (r-CT) activity increased, antagonizing fluoride renal damage; the same time, boron can also reduce fluoride-induced urinary hydroxyproline ( HOP) increased, reducing the impact of fluoride on collagen metabolism. This is mainly due to boron in the body and fluorine formation of stable fluoride borate (BF 4 -) complex with the urine excretion, thereby reducing the body’s fluorine (F ~ -) load.
