在刑释人员回归社会的过程中,就业是影响他们能否顺利回归的关键因素。在现实中,刑释人员遭受的就业排斥问题比较突出,主要表现为无法就业和边缘就业。导致刑释人员就业排斥的原因是多方面的,有法律方面的限制、社会整个就业大环境的影响、用人单位或雇主方面的歧视和顾虑、刑释人员的主观就业意愿及自身竞争力、最低工资标准与社会保障政策的不衔接对就业的负向激励。这些因素之间同时也相互作用和影响。而要解决刑释人员的就业问题,减少他们所遭受的就业排斥,就是要从以上几个方面入手,采取相应的策略和方法。

These factors also interact and influence each other at the same time. In order to solve the employment problem of prisoners and reduce the employment exclusion they suffer, we should start from the above aspects and adopt corresponding strategies and methods.
