目的探讨深度水解蛋白配方奶联合非营养性吸吮治疗极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月-2014年7月该院新生儿科收治的喂养不耐受且胎龄<34周的极低出生体重儿57例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组29例(鼻饲管间断喂养深度水解蛋白配方奶并联合非营养性吸吮)和对照组28例(单纯予以鼻饲管间断喂养深度水解蛋白配方奶)。记录两组临床资料,比较两组患儿体重、头围、身长的生长情况,每日奶量的增长,每日体重的增长,喂养不耐受症状消失的时间,胃管留置时间,达到完全胃肠内喂养时间以及住院天数。结果治疗组患儿体重、头围、身长的增长及每日奶量的增长均高于对照组;喂养不耐受症状消失的时间,胃管留置时间,达到完全胃肠内喂养时间以及住院天数均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论深度水解配方奶联合非营养性吸吮治疗极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的疗效明显,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of deep hydrolyzed protein formula combined with non-nutritive sucking on the feeding intolerance in very low birth weight infants. Methods 57 cases of very low birth weight infants who were intolerant to feeding and whose gestational age was less than 34 weeks were selected from the Department of Neonatology from January 2013 to July 2014 and were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 29) Feeding deep hydrolyzed protein formula combined with non-nutritional sucking) and control group (n = 28). The clinical data of two groups were recorded. The growth of body weight, head circumference and body length, daily milk volume, daily weight gain, the disappearance of feeding intolerance symptoms, gastric tube indwelling time, and complete Gastrointestinal feeding time and days of hospitalization. Results The body weight, head circumference, body length and daily milk volume in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group. The duration of disappearance of feeding intolerance, gastric tube indwelling time, complete gastrointestinal feeding and hospital stay Both shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P all <0.05). Conclusion Deep hydrolyzed formula combined with non-nutritive sucking treatment of very low birth weight infants intolerance significantly curative effect, it is worth popularizing and applying.
