应用直视下尿道内切手术 (DVIU)治疗 31例尿道狭窄或闭锁 ,2 7例 1次手术成功 ,3例 2次手术成功 ,1例改开放式手术。术后随访 7例需定期尿道扩张 ,未发生严重并发症。本文对DVIU的操作要点 ,适应症、注意事项等有关问题进行讨论。
Thirty-one cases of urethral stricture or atresia were treated by direct urethral endopexy (DVIU). Twenty-seven cases were successful in one operation, three cases succeeded in two operations, and one was operated in open surgery. Postoperative follow-up of 7 cases required regular urethral dilatation, no serious complications. This article discusses the operation of DVIU, indications, precautions and other issues to be discussed.
