目的检测胃腺癌患者外周血程序性死亡蛋白1(PD-1)阳性淋巴细胞和CD4~+CD25~+FOXP3~+T细胞的频数。方法选取胃腺癌术前患者29例,年龄、性别匹配的29例健康体检中心健康志愿者作为对照,流式细胞术检测两组外周血不同亚群淋巴细胞表面PD-1表达及CD4~+CD25~+FOXP3~+T细胞的频数。结果胃腺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞表面PD-1阳性率和CD4~+CD25~+FOXP3~+T细胞频数高于健康志愿者。胃腺癌患者外周血PD-1与CD4~+CD25~+FOXP3~+T细胞存在正相关。结论胃腺癌患者外周血PD-1~+淋巴细胞和CD4~+CD25~+FOXP3~+T细胞增加。
Objective To detect the frequency of PD-1 positive lymphocytes and CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + FOXP3 ~ + T cells in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods Twenty-nine patients with preoperative gastric adenocarcinoma and 29 healthy volunteers matched for age and sex were selected as control. The expression of PD-1 and the level of CD4 ~ + CD25 on lymphocytes in different subgroups of peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry ~ + FOXP3 ~ + T cell frequency. Results The positive rate of PD-1 and the frequency of CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + FOXP3 ~ + T cells on peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma were higher than those in healthy volunteers. There was a positive correlation between PD-1 and CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + FOXP3 ~ + T cells in patients with gastric adenocarcinoma. Conclusion PD-1 ~ + lymphocytes and CD4 ~ + CD25 ~ + FOXP3 ~ + T cells in peripheral blood of patients with gastric adenocarcinoma increased.
