高校干部的管理与考核评价是高校组织部门的一项基础性工作,也是一项常讲常新的课题。本文结合多年的工作实践,总结了完善干部的日常管理与考核机制、积极改进干部的年终考核内容和形式、努力拓展干部管理、考核的功能、有效推动高校干部队伍建设和干部自身素质提高的一些具体做法,对高校干部管理和考核机制进行了积极而有益的尝试。
The management and evaluation of university cadres is a basic work organized by the university departments, but also a common topic often talked about.
