人才强则企业强。近年来,浙江省农发集团努力拓宽选人用人的范围和渠道,不断加大公开内选外聘人才的力度,积极探索新形势下企业选人用人新方法,为集团公司加快转型发展提供坚强的人才保障。实施人才选拔“阳光工程”为适应企业快速发展的需要,省农发集团严格把握公开性、竞争性和准确性原则,陆续开展了多轮中层管理人员选聘工作,取得明显成效。
