文章通过对28位中高层管理人员的实地访谈和两次问卷调查,经探索性因素分析(302个有效样本)和验证性因素分析(656个有效样本)开发了一个中国本土企业转型变革过程中管理者情感依恋测度量表。结果表明:管理者情感依恋由生活依恋、工作依恋和情境依恋3个因子构成,生活依恋与工作依恋呈正相关关系,二者还分别与情境依恋呈正相关关系。研究内容不仅给培育组织情感文化带来了启示,同时也为通过情感策略推动企业转型变革提供了新途径。
Through field interviews and two surveys of 28 middle and top management personnel, the article developed a Chinese local enterprise transformation and change process through exploratory factor analysis (302 valid samples) and confirmatory factor analysis (656 valid samples) Manager Emotion Attachment Measurement Scale. The results show that the manager’s emotional attachments consist of three factors: life attachment, work attachment and situation attachment. The relationship between life attachment and work attachment is positively correlated, and the two are positively correlated with the situation attachment. The research not only brings enlightenment to cultivating the emotional culture of organizations, but also provides a new way to promote the transformation and transformation of enterprises through emotional strategies.
