四川省会东县人武部经三年努力,扶贫工作取得辉煌成果。其做法是: 一是加强领导落实责任。部机关成立了参建扶贫领导小组,各区、乡(镇)分别成立了相应组织机构62个,帮助区乡村制定发展规划和措施,列出36个扶贫项目。在此基础上,实行部领导划片负责制和项目发展责任制。还层层签定责任书,在民兵中广泛开展一兵带一户、一班带一社、一连带一村的“三带”活动。
