本实验证明,豚鼠爆震性听损伤经药物治疗后,可明显促使耳廓反射的恢复;早期治疗对耳蜗病变的恢复有显著效果,而晚期治疗的效果不佳。震后耳蜗病理改变的程度:未治组9耳,轻度病变者2耳,中度者4耳,重度者3耳;早治组14耳,轻度病变者8耳,中度者3耳,重度者3耳,两组对比有显着差异(P<0.05);而晚治组7耳,轻度病变者1耳,中度者3耳,重度者3耳,与未治组对照无显著差异(P>0.05)。震后观察了14~90天,所有29只豚鼠的耳蜗病变均未恢复正常。以上结果与临床疗效相符,用药物治疗爆震性听力损害虽有一定的效果,但完全治癒者较少.
