通过理论分析及实践验证了振动结晶对提高铝合金铸件的致密度十分有效,并指出振动的方向必须与重力平行且是纵波,下金属型的振动的抛掷指数(Aω2)/g≤1,有利于传热,上金属型可大于1,侧金属型界于二者之间才有利于提高冒口的保温作用,先慢后快的浇注方式可强化振动的补缩效果。
