以颚式破碎机为研究对象,通过运用解析法对机构进行运动分析和受力分析,推导其矩阵方程。在MATLAB/Simulink工具箱中建立模型并仿真,求解各运动副中的约束反力及主动件上的平衡力矩。结果表明,该方法不仅减少了机构设计的工作量,也相应提高了效率和精度。
Taking the jaw crusher as the research object, this paper deduces the matrix equation through analyzing the mechanism by using analytic method. In the MATLAB / Simulink toolbox, the model is established and simulated to solve the confinement reaction force and the balancing moment on the active parts in each movement pair. The results show that this method not only reduces the workload of the mechanism design, but also improves the efficiency and accuracy accordingly.
