在职业暴露条件下微波辐射对工人健康的影响问题,目前国际上看法仍很不一致。近年来国内陆续进行了一些有关射频电磁场对人体健康影响的调研工作,在场强与效应两者的关系上显得较为紊乱,在低强度的微波辐射下是否能促进晶状体老化及引起其他客观指标的改变,观察结果的分歧也很大。本文结合全国职业病普查,扩大检查数,在观察微波对人体健康影响的同时,按场强和剂量大小及波的特性(脉冲波和连续波)进行比较观察。
