目的了解血液制备工作中储存时间不同时洗涤红细胞(WRBC)的质量。方法样本来源于本院采集的悬浮红细胞400.0 ml,共有100袋,均为CPDA-1方全血制备,将其置于冰箱内保存,于储存7 d时(A组)、14 d时(B组)、21 d时(C组)、28 d时(D组)、35 d时(E组)分别提出20袋,予以专业制备WRBC,于制备成功后60 min时展开检测,观察检测结果。结果除C组与D组相比无显著性外,A组、B组、E组上清蛋白质测定值对比(P<0.05);血红蛋白测定值方面,A组与E组、D组与E组比较(P<0.05);溶血率方面,A组与C组、A组与D组、A组与E组、B组与C组、B组与D组、B组与E组,均(P<0.05);原料血的溶血率方面,除A组与B组相比无显著性外,A组与其余三组、B组与其余三组比较(P<0.05)。结论 WRBC组织专业制备工作中,要重视储存时间的把握,并以<14 d为主要选择。
Objective To understand the quality of washed red blood cells (WRBC) when storage time is not the same in blood preparation. Methods The samples were collected from 400.0 ml suspension of erythrocytes collected in our hospital with a total of 100 bags, all of them were prepared from whole blood of CPDA-1. They were stored in the refrigerator and stored for 7 days (group A) (Group C), 28 d (group D), and 35 d (group E), 20 bags were prepared for WRBC preparation. The test was performed at 60 min after the preparation was successful and the test results were observed. Results There was no significant difference between the groups A, B and E (P <0.05), except for group C and group D (P <0.05). For hemoglobin, group A and group E, group D and group E (P <0.05). In terms of hemolysis, there were no significant differences in hemolysis rates between group A and group C, group A and group D, group A and group E, group B and group C, group B and group D, group B and group E <0.05). There was no significant difference between group A and the other three groups except for group A and group B (P <0.05). Conclusion WRBC organization professional preparation work, we should pay attention to the storage time, and to <14 d as the main choice.
