近年来,北京市汛期多次出现局地短期大暴雨积水现象,对所在地区的道路交通产生严重影响。经多方分析,城市排水系统能否正常发挥作用涉及河湖、雨水及雨污合流管道系统、泵站等多方面因素。因此,为进一步满足水务局精细化调度的目标,推动实现河道管理及防汛工作的精细化、可视化调度,旨在讨论充分利用现代通信技术、计算机技术、数据分析、信息展示等手段实现以上管理决策目标,体现信息化对于防汛精细化管理的具体实现。
In recent years, water shortages caused by short-term local heavy rain have occurred many times during the flood season in Beijing, which has a serious impact on road traffic in the area. After a multi-factor analysis, whether the urban drainage system can function normally involves various factors such as rivers and lakes, rainwater and rainwater confluence pipelines systems and pumping stations. Therefore, in order to further meet the requirements of the Water Resources Bureau’s fine-tuning and scheduling and to promote the refinement and visualization of river channel management and flood control work, the objective is to discuss and make full use of modern communication technologies, computer technologies, data analysis and information display to achieve the above management decisions The goal is to embody the concrete realization of informationization for flood control fine management.
