当今世界企业并购规模和数量一直呈现不断上升的趋势,但并购成功率并不高,其中很重要的一个原因是并购企业没有妥善解决并购中的人力资源管理问题。企业并购是一个复杂的过程,有效的人力资源管理将促使企业并购成功,没有人力资源管理的参与必然导致企业并购的失败。人力资源管理创新是并购企业可持续发展的关键。
The scale and quantity of mergers and acquisitions in the world are always on the rise. However, the success rate of mergers and acquisitions is not high. One of the most important reasons for this is that mergers and acquisitions do not properly solve the problem of human resource management in mergers and acquisitions. Mergers and acquisitions (M & A) are a complicated process. Effective human resources management will promote the success of M & A. Without the participation of human resources management, M & A will fail. Human resource management innovation is the key to the sustainable development of M & A enterprises.
