白鲜碱,一种从植物白鲜中分离的生物碱成分,具有抗微生物的活性,可作为天然食品保鲜剂。本试验应用寡核苷酸芯片从全基因组水平考察了白鲜碱对模式真菌酿酒酵母表达谱的影响,用聚类软件T-profiler,分析了基因芯片数据。结果表明:889个基因差异表达(表达倍数≥2倍),其中511个基因上调,378个基因下调。一些主要的转录反应如DNA复制和重组等相关基因受到白鲜碱的影响。
White baker alkali, an alkaloid component isolated from plant white freshness, has antimicrobial activity and can be used as a natural food preservative. In this study, we investigated the effect of baihuacine on the model fungal Saccharomyces cerevisiae expression profile at the genome level using oligonucleotide microarray. Gene chip data were analyzed by using the T-profiler software. The results showed that 889 genes were differentially expressed (≥2 fold), of which 511 genes were up-regulated and 378 genes were down-regulated. Some of the major transcriptional responses such as DNA replication and recombination are affected by the presence of bile.
