三、方向控制阀方向控制可通过改变阀芯的位置,来改变气流流动的方向和气流的通断,完成对执行元件的动作控制。它有气控阀、电磁阀、单向阀等。(一)方向控制阀是怎样实现换向动作的?执行元件气缸活塞杆动作的进退可用一个方向控制阀(简称方向阀)来控制,如图3-1所示。方向阀有五个孔口:1-气源输入口,2、3-输出口,分别和气缸的两个腔室相连,4、 5-排气口与大气相通。它们分别用字母P、A、B、O_1和O_2表示。让我们看一下气缸的动作。当方向阀的滑柱处在右端位置时,见图3-1(a),方向阀的气源P和输出A相通,输出B和排气O_2相通,排气O_1被堵死。这时,气源从输出A进入气缸

Actuator cylinder piston rod advance and retreat can be a directional control valve (referred to as the directional valve) to control, as shown in Figure 3-1. Directional valve has five openings: 1-gas inlet, 2,3-outlet, respectively, and the two chambers connected to the cylinder, 4,5, exhaust and the atmosphere. They are represented by the letters P, A, B, O_1 and O_2, respectively. Let’s take a look at the cylinder movement. When the spool of the directional valve is at the right end position, as shown in Figure 3-1 (a), the gas source P of the directional valve is communicated with the output A, the output B is communicated with the exhaust gas O_2, and the exhaust gas O_1 is blocked. At this moment, the air source enters the cylinder from output A.
