目的开展主动性放射工作场所监测、放射工作人员个人剂量监测,放射工作人员健康状况调查,提出相应的防护对策。方法根据国家放射卫生防护相关标准,开展各类设备和工作场所的防护性能监测,采用热释光剂量仪监测放射工作人员个人剂量,完成放射工作人员辐射效应监测调查表。结果哨点单位放射性场所防护监测合格率100%,监测的四类职业类别中,从事介入放射学人员的年有效剂量最高、健康体检中异常检出率也最高。结论建议增加对乡镇医院和企业放射工作场所防护监测,重点关注介入放射学工作人员的健康状况。
Objective To carry out active radiation monitoring of workplaces, radiation dose monitoring personal staff, radiological staff health survey, put forward the appropriate countermeasures. Methods According to the national standards of radiation protection, the protective performance of various equipment and workplaces was monitored. The personal dose of radiation workers was monitored by thermoluminescence dosimeter, and the questionnaire of radiation effects monitoring of radiation workers was completed. The results of sentinel units of radioactive protective position monitoring 100% pass rate, the monitoring of the four occupational categories, engaged in interventional radiology staff the highest effective dose, the highest detection rate of abnormal health examination. Conclusions It is suggested to increase the monitoring of radiation protection in township hospitals and enterprises, with a focus on the health of interventional radiologists.
