本文提出了“系统特征因数”的概念。在简要的描述了它的导出过程之后,着重论述了它的性质和功能,提出它的数值体现着热水器装置在结构、材料和工艺方面的水平,可作为热水器系统热性能的指标。文章的第二部分结合实验叙述了系统特征因数的测试方法,该方法的特点在于针对已有系统,不需专门的测试回路,所用仪表较少,且得到的结果具有实用的精度。用系统特征因数的概念研究热水器系统,是一种以计算为主,以实验为辅的方法,既可减少大量的测试工作,也可保证理论计算结果有一定的精度。
This article proposes the concept of “system characterization factor”. After briefly describing its derivation process, it focuses on its nature and function, and proposes that its numerical value reflects the level of structure, material and process of the water heater device, and can be used as an indicator of the thermal performance of the water heater system. The second part of the article describes the test method of the system characterization factor in combination with the experiment. The feature of this method is that it does not require a special test circuit for the existing system. The number of instruments used is small, and the results obtained have practical precision. Studying the water heater system with the concept of system characterization is a method mainly based on calculations and supplemented by experiments. It can not only reduce a large amount of test work, but also ensure that the theoretical calculation results have a certain degree of accuracy.
