鸡矢藤是一种多年生草质藤本植物。入药部分为根或茎。味微甘、苦、淡。性微寒。其主要成份含有鸡矢藤甙和猪殃殃甙。是一味消导药,具有消食化积,健脾助胃、止痛、止咳、化痰、清热解毒的作用。本试验是将鸡矢藤制成注射剂应用。剂量:成年马40-60毫升。一岁以下者20毫升。用法:肌肉注射。一、鸡矢藤注射液的制作方法 1、原料:鸡矢藤10斤;溜水:30斤。 2、制法:先将鸡矢藤除尘、切碎、然后称重,加入二倍量热溜水浸泡1—2小时。
