提升钢丝绳是提升设备的重要部件,达到更换周期或出现缺陷而失效时,就必须进行更换,以保证提升设备的安全正常运行。更换提升钢丝绳工艺复杂,要使用多种工具和材料,各工种人员须密切配合。在更换钢丝绳的过程中,对一些参数还需要进行计算。如有不慎或配合不当,就会发生溜绳、伤绳或伤人等事故。因此有必要探索一种比较好的更换钢绳的工艺方法,以保证设备安全,节省换绳时间。
