凉风习习,松涛阵阵。2013年8月27日、28日,以“生态文明与绿色发展”为主题的第三届东北亚论坛在有着“红松故乡”、“中国林都”之称的黑龙江伊春市举行。来自全国各地的专家学者及国际组织代表一百余人在论坛上各抒己见相互交流,就林业与生态文明建设、我国东北及东北亚地区生态、民生现状及林区发展和绿色发展道路的选择与国际借鉴等议题进行了深入探讨。
Breezy, loose waves bursts. On August 27 and 28, 2013, the 3rd Forum on Northeast Asia with the theme of “Ecological Civilization and Green Development” was held in Heilongjiang Province with the name of “hometown of Korean pine trees” and “China’s Lin Du” Yichun City. More than 100 experts and scholars from all over the country and representatives of international organizations all expressed their opinions and exchanged ideas with each other on the forum.
