目前,有的城市的培训市场存在乱象,如培训机构无序竞争,相互杀价;培训师素质不高,令客户不满意等等。要培育和发展培训市场,除了政府应出台相应政策和法规外,培训机构的培训师也要不断提高自身的专业素质。笔者认为,培训师应具有专家的素质。本文提出的观点,为提高培训师的专业素质提供了依据。 At present, there are chaos in the training market of some cities, such as disorderly competition in training institutions and mutual bargaining; the quality of trainers is not high enough to make customers dissatisfied. In order to cultivate and develop the training market, in addition to the corresponding policies and regulations promulgated by the government, trainers at training institutes should also continuously improve their professional qualities. The author believes that trainers should have the quality of experts. The ideas put forward in this paper provide the basis for improving the professional quality of trainers.
