柔性管理与刚性管理相对,都是企业经济管理中重要的管理方式。柔性化管理主要是以愉悦化和人性化为基础,这种新型的管理方式是伴随着我国社会发展所产生。在以前的企业经济管理中,人们主要是运用刚性管理办法,上级负责发号施令,下级只需要按照上级给出的命令加以执行即可,在后期的研究中,人们发现柔性管理是一种更稳定的管理方式。柔性管理可以提高员工在创造方面的能力,可以加强员工之间的合作意识,还可以使企业收获市场价值,提高企业的经济效益,为企业的价值和文化发展奠定良好的基础,因此在企业经济管理中,柔性管理的运用越来越多。本文通过分析柔性管理的概念和特点,探究企业经济管理中柔性管理的作用,给予企业一些在经济管理方面运用柔性管理的措施。
