目的探讨原发性高血压患者的耳蜗听功能特征。方法对34例(68耳)原发性高血压患者进行听觉脑干反应(ABR)高刺激率测试,与正常组30例(60耳)比较。结果采用两种刺激速率PL差值(ΔPL)I、PL差值(ΔIPL)作为分析参数,Ⅰ~ⅢΔIPL、Ⅰ~ⅤΔIPL较正常组延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高刺激率ABR作为一种敏感、准确和无创的检测手段,对原发性高血压患者听力早期损害的发现和内耳疾病防治具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the auditory function of cochlear in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 34 patients (68 ears) with essential hypertension were subjected to high rate stimulation of auditory brainstem response (ABR), compared with 30 normal subjects (60 ears). Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups (ΔPL) and PL (ΔIPL) in the stimulation rate. The levels of Ⅰ ~ ⅢΔIPL and Ⅰ ~ ⅤΔIPL were longer than those of the normal group (P <0.05). Conclusion The high stimulation rate of ABR as a sensitive, accurate and noninvasive means of detection of essential hypertension in patients with early detection of hearing loss and prevention and treatment of inner ear disease has important clinical significance.
