随着经济与技术的发展,对PLC的应用不断扩大到各个领域,从生产制造到日常应用,逐渐形成了一系列以PLC为核心的系统。将PLC应用到恒压供水控制系统中,可以实现恒压供水系统的自动控制,降低整套系统的运行及维护费用,并且提高整套系统的安全性和可靠性。PLC在恒压供水控制系统中的应用,具有巨大的经济和社会价值。在此我们以PLC控制技术为核心,采用了德国西门子公司出产的SIMATIC S7-300系列的PLC,并在此基础上结合传感器技术,论述了恒压供水控制系统的软硬件设计方案及其控制原理,实现了恒压供水系统在生活供水时的低恒压运行和消防供水时的高恒压运行之间的自动转换,以及紧急情况或检修时的手动控制。通过软件的仿真运行,说明了所设计的恒压供水控制系统运行可靠,能够满足实际需要。
