目的:研究分析高脂高糖诱导的2型糖尿病(DM)大鼠血清载脂蛋白和血脂的变化。方法:用自动生化分析仪分别测定实验组和对照组大鼠各项生化指标,用放射免疫分析法分别测定实验组和对照组大鼠的胰岛素。结果:2型糖尿病大鼠的ApoAI、ApoB、ApoAI/ApoB和胆固醇及甘油三酯均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:2型患者血脂异常与胰岛素抵抗之间有密切的联系,而控制胰岛素抵抗,纠正脂代谢紊乱,可减少心脑血管并发症的发生。
Objective: To study the changes of serum apolipoproteins and blood lipids in type 2 diabetic (DM) rats induced by high fat and high glucose. Methods: The biochemical indexes of rats in experimental group and control group were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer, and the insulin in experimental group and control group were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: ApoAI, ApoB, ApoAI / ApoB and cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly higher in type 2 diabetic rats than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a close relationship between dyslipidemia and insulin resistance in type 2 patients, and the control of insulin resistance and lipid metabolism disorders can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.
