一九五○年一月廿九日在华东军政委员会第一次会议上毛主席关于华东军政委员会今后工作任务的报告,是符合于中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领的基本原则,及华东地区的实际情况的,我完全拥护这个报告,并愿为其澈底实现而共同奋斗。关于华东文化教育卫生工作方面,在饶主席的报告中,均已概括提到,我想只作下列补充和说明:
