本文系第六届上海国际电影论坛暨展览会(CinemaS 2017)主题论坛的演讲整理稿。作者陈昌业是电影产业知名记者、壹娱观察创始人兼主编、曾任华谊兄弟研究院首席研究员。作者在文中指出不断缩短影院发行窗口期削弱了影院的内容上游博弈的强势地位,从后端发行窗口对于影院的挑战,内容上游利益成为电影产业商业模式变革的焦点,视频网站越来越强势导致影院对压缩窗口期的迫切愿望愈加强烈,以及电信巨头接入后带来的新变革等几方面进行了分析,值得借鉴。
This article is the sixth edition of the Shanghai International Film Forum and Exhibition (CinemaS 2017) thematic forum speech finishing draft. Author Chen Changye is a well-known movie industry reporter, founder and editor of One Entertainment, former chief researcher of Huayi Brothers Research Institute. In the article, the author points out that the continuous shortening of the window period of theater distribution has weakened the strong position of upstream games in cinema content. From the back-end distribution window to the challenge of cinema, the upstream benefits of content have become the focus of the movie industry’s business model transformation. Cinema is more and more urgent on the window of compression, and the new changes brought by telecom giants are worthy of reference.
