在现代职业教育中,双师型教师作为中坚力量,对学生的培养质量产生了直接的影响,能保证职业院校的发展与社会环境更好地适应。所以,在新课改背景下,打造和培养具有过硬技术能力和扎实理论基础的双师型教师,是当前中职师资队伍建设亟待解决的课题。吉林省中职院校经过长期研究实践和不断探索,逐渐摸索出一条工学结合、校企合作的方法和策略,在培养双师型教师的过程中,取得了一定的成效,本文对此进行了研究和探讨。
In modern vocational education, double-qualified teachers as the backbone of the quality of the students have a direct impact on the quality of training, to ensure that the development of vocational colleges and social environment to better adapt.
