石油七厂在今年4、6两月对裂化设备进行了一系列的改进,现就改进的项目分别略述于下。一、降低裂化燃料油的机械杂质。在今年4月份以前,裂化车间所生产的燃料油,其机械杂质一般都在2～3.5％。此种杂质为焦子或游离碳,在贮存中极不安定,形成稠胶渣状物质而沉于罐底。因此,每批燃料油生产出来,需经过沉降或稀释,才能保证出厂燃料油的机械杂质小于2.5％,达到规格标准。根据“石油转化”一书所述,欲达到在高压蒸发塔底不生焦,则残油在蒸发塔中许可停留的时间应当随残
Seventh Oil Plant in April and February this year, a series of improvements to the cracking unit, the project is now on the improvement outlined below. First, reduce the mechanical impurities of cracked fuel oil. Before April of this year, the fuel oil produced in the cracking plant was generally 2 to 3.5% in terms of mechanical impurities. Such impurities as coke or free carbon, very unstable during storage, the formation of a thick coating of slag-like substance and sink in the tank bottom.
