食管癌、贲门癌术后胸胃穿孔是术后一种严重的并发症,保守治疗很难愈合,我们在胃镜下用钛夹成功治疗吻合瘘的基础上,于2012年3月-10月采用钛夹治疗食管贲门癌术后胸胃穿孔4例,效果良好。资料与方法4例均为男性患者,年龄55-73岁。3例为食管中段鳞癌,1例为贲门腺癌。2例行左胸后外侧切口食管胃胸内吻合,1例为右胸、腹二切口胸内吻合,1例行纵隔镜辅助下左颈、腹部切口胃食管左颈吻 Esophageal and cardiac cancer postoperative thoracic and gastric perforation postoperative is a serious complication, conservative treatment is difficult to heal, we successfully treated with endoscopic gastroscopic anastomotic fistula, based on the March-October 2012 Titanium clip treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancer postoperative chest and stomach perforation in 4 cases, the effect is good.
