攀西地区是我国一个重要工业原料基地,蕴藏着丰富的钒钛磁铁矿资源,是我国特大型多金属共生矿。攀枝花矿山、冶金第一期工程已经建成投产。从投产以来,各项主要技术经济指标均已达到设计水平。但是,也应看到,从采选到冶炼成材整个生产流程,金属流失是严重的。金属节约是社会上最大的资源和能源的节约,减少金属损失和金属用量是提高生产率的重要潜力。
Panxi region is an important industrial raw material base in China, rich in vanadium-titanium magnetite resources, is China’s large multi-metal symbiotic mine. Panzhihua mine, the first phase of metallurgy has been completed and put into production. Since put into production, all major technical and economic indicators have reached the design level. However, it should also be noted that the loss of metal is serious from the entire process of production to smelting. Metal saving is the largest resource and energy saving in society. Reducing metal loss and metal consumption are important potential for productivity gains.
