本研究采用传统的土壤稀释涂布平板法测定了转基因银中杨ABJ系列根际土壤五大微生物(细菌,芽孢杆菌,放线菌,固氮菌,霉菌)的数量,并分析了土层对土壤微生物数量的影响。分析表明,0~30 cm与30~60 cm土样中,转基因银中杨ABJ系列根际土壤微生物总量平均分别为干土2.32×10~9 cfu/g、1.57×10~9 cfu/g;0~30 cm土样中,转基因银中杨与对照组银中杨根际土壤中固氮菌数量存在显著差异(p=0.038);转基因银中杨与对照组银中杨的根际土壤五大微生物数量存在差异,但均未达到统计学显著水平(p>0.05),即本试验地内转基因银中杨对其根际土壤微生物主要类群的数量没有明显影响。
