研究了光纤激光入射角变化对车用高强钢(B340/590DP)对接焊焊接性能的影响。采用前期试验得出的激光垂直入射状态下的最优焊接参数,在该最优参数条件下,利用4kW光纤激光器进行了1.6mm厚的双相B340/590DP不同入射角条件下的对接焊试验。分析入射角变化对焊接件外观形貌、焊缝截面、力学性能和微观组织的影响。试验结果表明:激光入射角小于40°时焊缝外观形貌良好,组织细密均匀,能承受较大的拉剪载荷且拉剪试验均断裂在母材区;入射角大于40°时,焊缝背面形成单边焊。
The influence of the variation of incident angle of fiber laser on the butt welding performance of automotive high strength steel (B340 / 590DP) was studied. Under the optimal parameters, the welding experiment of 1.6mm thick Biphasic B340 / 590DP under different incident angles was carried out by using the 4kW fiber laser. The effect of incident angle on the appearance, weld cross section, mechanical properties and microstructure of the weldment was analyzed. The experimental results show that the weld appearance is good, the microstructure is fine and uniform, and can withstand large tensile load and fracture in the base metal region when the incident angle is less than 40 °. When the incident angle is greater than 40 °, Back to form a single welding.
