随着市场化经济的不断发展,市场竞争整体呈现出愈演愈烈的趋势,交通勘察设计行业内的竞争不只是技术的竞争,同时也包括企业管理和成本控制等企业综合实力的竞争。为了使企业获得更多的经济利益,交通勘察设计行业必须发挥自身的潜能,利用科学的管理方式进行成本控制管理。本文主要探讨交通勘察设计行业成本控制的原则和成本控制的方法,希望对交通勘察设计企业的有效运行提供帮助。
With the continuous development of marketization economy, the competition in the market shows a trend of intensification as a whole. The competition in the transportation survey and design industry is not only the competition of technology, but also includes the competition of enterprise comprehensive strength such as enterprise management and cost control. In order to get more economic benefits for the enterprise, the traffic survey and design industry must exert its own potential and make use of the scientific management methods to control the cost. This paper mainly discusses the principle of cost control in traffic survey and design industry and the method of cost control, hoping to help traffic investigation and design enterprises to operate effectively.
