今天该如何前进?明天该走向何方?唯有创新才能寻求突破,找到新的经济增长点,才能基业长青。张炜,现任机械工业勘察设计研究院院长,党委书记,教授级高级工程师,全国勘察设计大师。曾获“全国行业十佳现代管理企业家”、“享受政府特殊津贴专家”、“全国优秀勘察设计院院长”、“陕西省有突出贡献专家”、“陕西省重点领域顶尖人才”等荣誉称号,陕西省第十二届党代会代表和人代会代表。目前担任国家住房和城乡建设部技术专家委员会委员、中国勘察设计协会工程勘察与岩土协会常务副会长、中国建筑学会工程勘察分会副理事长、中国工程建设标准化协会湿陷性黄土委员会副主任委员等职。

He currently serves as a member of the Technical Expert Committee of the State Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, executive vice chairman of Engineering Investigation and Geotechnical Association of China Survey and Design Society, vice chairman of Engineering Investigation Branch of China Architecture Society, deputy director of collapsible loess committee of China Construction Standardization Association Members and other staff.
