前一段热播的电视剧《咱们结婚吧》展现了主流的、正常的、大众的婚恋故事,故事主人公在一场浪漫温馨的婚礼中收获完美幸福的爱情果实,其中剧情里有不少涉及因婚前财产引起争议的片段,婚前财产协议一时间又进入大众视野。春节长假接近尾声,2月14日情人节的脚步接踵而至,众多准备领证结婚的年轻人也将踏入婚姻的殿堂,婚前财产协议也实实在在摆到面前。婚前财产协议是西方舶来品,主张我的是我的,你的是你的,但在其背后是爱情、金钱与背叛。中国人至真至善的爱情观最高境界是“执子之手,与子偕老”。有句俗语叫“丑话说在前头”。但在注重传统礼仪的人情社会里,签婚前财产协议似乎是一件颇不近情理的事情,虽然在注重情面的中国社会不易落实,但它可以避免太多离婚纠纷。关于婚前财产协议,签还是不签,你有何看法?
