J2459型学生示波器是中学实验室中容易出故障的仪器之一。现将我们在使用过程中遇到的几个典型故障及排除方法,介绍如下,仅供参考。 例一 故障现象:刚开机正常,十分钟后示波管图形自行向左偏移。图形虽不失真,但移出屏幕,以致无法使用。 初步判断,是X轴偏转和放大系统故障引起的。 检查:如图1所示。在开机十分钟后,检查M、N点对地电压,N点为8V,M点为20V;关机五分钟后重新开机检查,M、N点的电压均为8V;二次开机十分钟后再检查M、N点对地电压,M点电压又升至20V。检查R_(40),R_(41),R(39)等电阻均无发热等异常现象,则断定是电容器C_(22)失效。 处理:更换电容器C_(22)后。再开机十多分钟,检查MN点电压,则为正常,故障排除。
The Model J2459 Student Oscilloscope is one of the most prone to failure in a high school lab. Now we encountered in the course of several typical failures and troubleshooting, introduced below, for reference purposes only. Example of a failure phenomenon: just boot normally, ten minutes after the oscilloscope tube graphics to the left offset. Although the picture is not distorted, but out of the screen, it can not be used. Preliminary judgment is caused by the X-axis deflection and amplification system failure. Check: as shown in Figure 1. After ten minutes of power-on, check M, N point-to-ground voltage, N point is 8V, M point is 20V; Restart five minutes after power-on check, M, N point voltage is 8V; Check M, N point to ground voltage, M point voltage rose to 20V again. Check R_ (40), R_ (41), R (39) and other resistance no fever and other anomalies, it is concluded that the capacitor C_ (22) failure. Remedy: After replacing capacitor C_ (22). Then boot more than ten minutes, check the MN voltage, the normal, troubleshooting.
