1961年过去了,我国社会主义建设又跨进了一个新的年头。全国人民在党的领导下,在总路线、大跃进、人民公社三面红旗的指引下,满怀信心地迎接新的一年的来临。党的鼓足干劲、力争上游、多快好省地建设社会主义的总路线,经过实践的考验,证明完全是正确的。为实现总路经所必要的各项具体政策和具体办法,正在逐步发展和究备起来,并且已经在实际工作中收到了良好的效果。广大干部和羣众,从总结社会主义建设的实际经验中,从具体执行党的路线和政策中,从克服连續三年的严重自然灾害的斗争中,更加提高了发愤图强、自力更生的自觉性,更加看清楚了我国的光明前途。
