师幼互动是指幼儿教师与幼儿之间相互作用、相互影响的行为及其动态过程,它贯穿于幼儿一日生活的各个环节。那么,教师在歌唱活动中该采取哪些方法和策略,促成积极、有效的师幼互动呢?笔者认为,良好互动氛围的营造,对幼儿的倾听和鼓励,师幼互动中角色的转换,对幼儿适当、深入的引导,是建构积极、有效的师幼互动的几种可行策略。
Interaction between teachers and children refers to the interaction and interaction between kindergarten teachers and young children, and its dynamic process. It runs through all aspects of daily life of young children. So what ways and strategies should teachers adopt in singing activities to promote positive and effective teacher-child interaction? In my opinion, the establishment of a good interactive atmosphere, listening to and encouragement of young children, the transformation of roles in teacher-child interaction, Appropriate and in-depth guidance is a few feasible strategies for building a positive and effective teacher-child interaction.
