用于高温工作的轴承,必须经过特殊热处理,目前多采用200℃回火,但导致轴承套圈硬度急剧下降,因而也大大降低了轴承的使用寿命。通过试验证明,在高温下工作的轴承套圈,当淬火后经-60℃以下温度冷处理,再进行200℃3小时回火,工作过程中尺寸有较高的稳定性。锻造成环形毛坯经正火+退火预先热处理,套圈在淬火后能得到好的显微组织和很高的硬度,冷处理后套圈硬度普遍提高。经200℃3小时回火,套圈仍有很高的硬度,为Rc60。附图1幅,表3个。
Bearings for high temperature work, must be subjected to special heat treatment, the current use of more than 200 ℃ tempering, but lead to a sharp decline in bearing ring hardness, which also greatly reduces the bearing life.
