置换蒸煮过程中蒸煮锅内温度控制是一个具有严重时滞性、时变性和非线性系统,且药液在蒸煮锅内循环时易产生温度梯度,为保证锅顶部和底部药液温度均匀一致,采用常规的温差-流量串级PID控制器难以取得满意的控制效果。通过对蒸煮药液循环加热后回流至蒸煮锅顶部和底部过程机理的分析,依据串级控制、模糊控制和PID控制的特点,将三者有机地结合起来提出一种模糊自整定PID串级控制系统,应用Matlab仿真比较表明,模糊自整定PID串级控制的动态响应曲线更好,超调量小,抗干扰能力强。
