目的:采用RP-HPLC测定松龄血脉康胶囊中莽草酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Venusil XBP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-1%磷酸水溶液(3∶97),检测波长214 nm,流速0.8 mL·min-1,柱温25℃。结果:莽草酸在0.4～8.0μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.87%。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可为松龄血脉康胶囊的质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To determine the shikimic acid content in Songling Capsule by RP-HPLC. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Venusil XBP-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-1% phosphoric acid solution (3:97) at a detection wavelength of 214 nm and a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min- 25 ° C. Results: Shikimic acid had a good linear relationship at 0.4 ~ 8.0μg, r = 0.999 8, the average recovery was 98.87%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can provide reference for the quality control of Songling Capsule.
