随着现代科学技术的发展,工业制造业对零部件的质量和精确度要求越来越高。数控加工技术对提高零件质量具有重要的作用,其中铣削加工则是数控加工中最为常用的一种加工方式。但是,在实际的操作过程中,铣削加工却存在着各种各样的问题,对工件加工精确度造成一定影响,主要包括工件的过切和欠切现象等。本文简单阐述了铣削加工中过欠切现象的成因,并就解决问题的对策进行了探讨和分析。
With the development of modern science and technology, the quality and precision of parts and components in the manufacturing industry are increasingly demanding. CNC machining technology to improve the quality of parts has an important role, of which milling is the most commonly used CNC machining of a processing method. However, in the actual operation process, there are a variety of problems in the milling process, which will affect the machining accuracy to some extent, including the over-cutting and under-cutting of the workpiece. This article briefly explains the cause of over-under-cut in milling, and discusses and analyzes the countermeasures to solve the problem.
