教学目标是教学的出发点和归宿。现在的语文备课不能说没有目标,但很多教师对如何通过语文课堂教学的具体策略达成单元目标、年段目标、学段目标、课程标准,心中非常模糊。于是在语文课堂教学目标具体操作中存在着“不到位”“越位”两种错位现象:低年级忙着细细研读教材,高年级却总有纠正不完的错别字;中年级忙着篇章训练,高年级却写不顺一个片段……目标意识的错位,使我们的语文课堂走入了高耗低效的困境。
