语文新课程的发展性评价思想,是站在评价者生命发展的高度提出的,目的是为了促进每一位学生的发展。它认为,学生的知识是建构的,智能是多元的,学生是发展中的人,是平等的,都有生命的尊严,每个人都应该受到尊重。它不仅关注学生过去与现实的表现,更关注学生未来的可持续发展;不仅关注优秀学生的发展,更关注学习困难学生的发展,不仅关注学习结果,更关注学习过程;不仅关注基础知识与基本技能掌握情况,更关注学习能力、科学探究精神,以及情感、态度、价值观等方面,是建立在人生平台上的评价。
